A short 45-minute boat ride from Onslow, Thevenard Island offers a perfect base to explore the amazing natural wonders of these beautiful waters.
There are a range of two, to five-bedroom cabins available.
Mackerel Island Resort offers tours of the island by 4WD or hire a kayak, stand up paddle board (SUP) or fishing equipment from the island’s small shop — there won’t be a dull moment!
There’s plenty of spectacular snorkelling right off the beach as well as diving for those more advanced.
